Maintaining Safety and Wellbeing 

For some people, educating your children in the UK can be a very difficult decision. Not only is there a different educational system, but additionally different cultures, customs, religions and languages can create an understandable amount of anxiety and worry for you.

 

So making sure that your child’s safety and physical and mental wellbeing is taken care of should be a priority – it certainly is at LEM Guardians.

 

We take our safeguarding responsibilities extremely importantly and are proactively committed to the protection of all the children in our care. We aim to ensure at all times children in our care have a happy and secure environment in which they feel safe, respected and valued and have a 24hr emergency contact for your child.  

All our staff:

  • Have clear enhanced DBS certificate (police checks)

  • Have good references from previous employers;

  • Receive the most up to date safeguarding training;

  • Will take your and your children concerns seriously and address them to the best of our ability; and

  • Will follow government and Local Authority  guidance.

Keeping Children

Safe in Education

We ensure that all our staff complete rigous background and vetting checks In line with Safer Recruitment guidance. We always interview staff face-to-face before making them available guardians. All candidates and staff  are required to read and adhere to the Keeping Children Safe in Education DfE guidelines.
